During 2019, ACE+ began reviewing options for business management software (specifically cloud ERP software) to find the right platform. The company was reevaluating its direction, looking to increase its competitive advantage and support the desired growth that this forward-thinking company was targeting.

In late 2019, a long-standing customer of JCuve Solutions (thanks Josco) made a recommendation for the ACE+ team to contact us and discuss the company’s need for alternative software to support its growth ambitions. ACE+ also wanted better insight into operations due to the company's MYOB accounting and Aroflow job management systems no longer being adequate to cope with its increasing requirements and reactive business model.

The company did a whole lot of research into systems and quickly discounted many options - even some big players - due to the complexity of functionality on offer. It was our pleasure to introduce the ACE+ guys to our combined NetSuite and Riyo platforms, tailored to deliver service-based businesses greater visibility and control across operations, while streamlining business processes.

For a service-based company, there were many advantages to opt for a seamlessly-integrated NetSuite and Riyo solution. When the team viewed our Riyo solution for the first time, they realised this is exactly what was needed in the business. The information is all in real-time, and all available within the one, mobile-first platform.

It was truly satisfying to have interviewed each department of the ACE+ team during our comprehensive discovery sessions to identify and understand their roles and drivers in order to map out what areas our key functions would bring to them in their roles. This was met with absolute relief that they were leaving behind so much duplication of effort and stepping towards working smarter, not harder with a combined NetSuite and Riyo offering in place.
