Riyo is proud to be nominated amongst other well-known companies in the ICT industry for this year's ARN Innovation Awards.

The ARN Innovation Partner Awards commend channel partner that bring innovation and value to customers within Australia. The Awards will honour the channel across nine categories - Start-up; Partner Value; Emerging Technology; Homegrown Innovators; Vendor Value; Distributor Value; Personal Innovation; Corporate Citizen; Channel Choice and Hall of Fame.

Riyo has been announced 2020 finalist in the category:

JCurve Solutions acquired the Riyo platform in 2018. The purchase was part of a move to diversify the company’s software portfolio and broaden service management capabilities. Riyo is seen as the future, the Uber for the service industry

Riyo recently signed a partnership with Epicor, a market leader in the Aged Care sector. Epicor is one of Australia’s leading software solutions for the aged care industry managing over 50,000 residents. The company’s Senior Living Solution (SLS) is designed specifically for the operators of residential aged care, independent living, and community care organisations.

Riyo has become an Alliance ISV (independent software vendor) partner for Epicor Software Corporation. Following a comprehensive selection process and technical due diligence, Riyo was selected as the preferred solution for rostering and scheduling jobs as part of the Epicor SLS offering.

The Riyo solution is set to provide Aged and Community Care organisations with a ready-to-deploy mobile solution, available in the cloud. These companies stand to gain real-time, easy engagement between all parties involved in the service-delivery process – from the back-office schedulers to carers on the road and care recipients.

The partnership between Epicor and JCurve strengthens the delivery of innovative technology that improves scheduling, productivity, and provides unrivalled customer experiences. From over 400 award submission, the top 130 organisations are in the running to win in this year’s awards. The list represents some of the most well-recognised, leading innovators across Australia.
