Wayne McGlone
Group Manager, Priority Plumbing @South East Water
 
Wayne McGlone has an extensive knowledge and background of customer service within the water industry. He has worked as an industry consultant with Andersen’s, Price Waterhouse and on the implementation of a Salesforce CRM platform which is integrated with South East Water’s billing system and online services. Wayne currently holds the position of Group Manager of South East Water’s Priority Plumbing business. The business provides plumbing services to various South East Water stakeholders, industry and also to South East Water’s residential customers.
 
 
David Hughes
General Manager of Service Delivery @TasWater
 
David spent nearly 2 decades working at the Water Corporation in Western Australia. This included managing Assets and Infrastructure Planning located in Perth, operations in Western Australian Goldfields and Agricultural area, and 8 years on the South Coast of Western Australia . Early this year, David moved to Tasmania and undertook the role of General Manager of Service Delivery at TasWater.
